The park features a welcoming mix of holiday accommodation, caravan and camping sites, and permanent community living, with spacious grounds, native bushland and easy river access. About The Role

n

This role is ideal for someone with experience in retirement villages, lifestyle communities, residential communities or accommodation management who enjoys working with permanent residents just as much as holiday guests.

n

Your Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To

n

n
- Manage daily operations and after-hours callouts.
n
- Oversee guest check-ins, reservations, and accounts.
n
- Assist with budgeting and maximizing revenue.
n
- Deliver top-tier guest service.
n
- Inspire and support the team.
n




- Contribute to marketing efforts to attract current guests.
n

About You

n

We are looking for a superstar individual who can contribute to the smooth running of the park and who has the ability to lead park operations in the Manager's absence.

n

n
- Proven experience in hospitality/accommodation management OR retirement village, lifestyle community, residential community or holiday park
n
- People leadership skills with a focus on training and development
n
- Strong financial management and budget oversight experience
n
- Tech savvy with RMS experience or similar reservations systems
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach
n
- Flexibility and availability for weekend and after hours shifts
n
