CSIRO is seeking a culturally grounded Cultural Capability Specialist. Open to all capital cities with hybrid work options, reporting to the Executive Manager, Indigenous Employment and Capability.
You will design and deliver Indigenous cultural capability initiatives and learning programs, embed capability into leadership and organisational systems, and build practical partnerships to support an Indigenous Employment Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan commitments.
