Weatherall Windows Pty Ltd – Campbellfield VIC

Weatherall Windows Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced uPVC Window & Door Installer to join our team in Campbellfield, Victoria. This is a full time position where you will be responsible for the installation of high-quality uPVC windows and doors for our residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Install and glaze windows and doors according to specifications.

Remove old units and securely fit new ones, ensuring level and weatherproof finishes.

Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free worksite.

Load/unload frames, glass, and screens; check all jobs for accuracy.

Complete all required paperwork and job records.

Monitor stock levels and report when orders are needed.

Inspect and maintain tools and PPE.

Train and onboard new staff as required.

Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Comply with OH&S;, ISO standards, and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in window and door installation.

Carpentry skills.





Must be physically fit and be able to lift.

Strong understanding of health and safety practices.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Ability to work within a multi-site, multi-disciplined team.

Mathematical skills for accurate measurements.

Knowledge of PPE requirements and installation methods.
