What You’ll Be Doing:

- Greeting customers with a warm, friendly welcome and building instant rapport
- Listening to customer needs and guiding them through the vehicle purchase process
- Conducting engaging test drives and showcasing vehicle features with confidence
- Negotiating deals and closing sales with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Following up with leads and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Staying up to date with the latest vehicle models, features, and promotions
- Working closely with the sales team and management to achieve KPI’s

- A vibrant, outgoing personality with a genuine love for helping people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll train the right person!
- A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven setting
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a hunger to succeed
