We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department.

This is an exciting chance for a customer-focused automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships and has a genuine passion for the automotive industry.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

- Welcoming customers and assisting with service bookings, enquiries and vehicle updates.

- Preparing accurate repair orders and liaising closely with the workshop to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and on time.

- Keeping customers informed throughout the service process and providing clear, professional updates.

- Identifying and recommending additional service and repair requirements where appropriate.





- Building strong, lasting relationships with customers through exceptional communication and service.

- Delivering a premium and professional customer experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.

- Working collaboratively with the Service and Workshop teams to achieve departmental goals.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within an automotive dealership environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail.

- A genuine customer-first approach and commitment to delivering outstanding service.

- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.

- Experience with ERA Power.

- A current and valid driver's licence.

- Full Australian working rights.
