We're looking for an inspiring and collaborative District Manager to lead our Queensland Food & Beverage team. This is an exciting opportunity to coach and develop a team of Account Managers, build solid customer partnerships and drive sustainable growth across the region.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach and support a team of Account Managers across Queensland
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing and customer-focused team culture
- Build trusted partnerships with customers in food and beverage manufacturing
- Support customers with water, hygiene and operational improvement solutions
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Develop and execute strategic plans that drive customer success and business growth

About You And What You’ll Bring

- Experience leading, coaching or developing sales or customer-facing teams
- A passion for helping people grow and succeed
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to influence, collaborate and build trust at all levels
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, technical or related environments
- Food & Beverage industry experience is advantageous but not essential
