Fook Shing is seeking an experienced, polished waitperson to join our front-of-house team in Kyneton.

We are a fast-paced, upmarket restaurant known for warm, attentive service and a refined à la carte dining experience. We’re looking for someone who thrives on the floor, understands the rhythm of service, and takes pride in delivering memorable hospitality.

About the Role

- 15–20 hours per week

- Lunch and dinner availability required

- Immediate start

- Award rates (based on experience)

You Must Have

- Proven experience in à la carte table service within a fast-paced, quality-driven venue

- Strong knowledge of wine service (confidence presenting, opening, and serving wine correctly)

- Excellent communication skills and a calm, qualified presence

- The ability to manage a section independently

- Immaculate presentation and attention to detail

- A genuine passion for hospitality
