About the role
n An exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse with an interest in mental health to join the Bathurst Community Mental Health Team. This full-time position offers the benefit of working business hours while delivering high-quality care to adults within a community-based setting.

n

The position is part of a multidisciplinary team of Registered Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers and Psychiatrists, providing a mix of acute assessment, therapeutic interventions and clinical management to consumers with a range of mental health conditions.

n

This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in mental health assessment, critical thinking, rapport building and evidence-based care, while working closely with carers and community support services.

n

You will be supported by experienced senior clinicians through regular clinical supervision, daily multidisciplinary case reviews and ongoing professional development opportunities.
