Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Porter to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

n

We are seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality to be part of our Front Office Team. This role will see you undertake all guest service agent/front office duties in an efficient and friendly manner and taking ownership of creating the best possible first and last impression of the Resort.

Key Duties

n

n
- Act as an ambassador of the resort ensuring all guests feel welcome on arrival and bid farewell with kindness on departure
n
- Coordinate guests' luggage across the hotels, ensuring it is managed in a timely manner
n
- Look after arriving guests, liaising with reception in terms of room allocations and delivering bags to guests in their rooms shortly after arrival
n
- Ensure all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, vehicles, conference and function areas, and external areas to the property are maintained and cared for on a timely basis as directed by management
n

This role requires a full Australian driver's license, preferred manual.
