Studio and Digital Manager - Joy in Movement (J.I.M)

Hi! We're J.I.M - Australia's first fully automated infrared group training experience. Our workouts are tech-powered, but what makes us truly unique is the community.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for an energetic, locally based Studio Manager oversee our new Manuka and our one year young, Belconnen Markets studio. With the official opening later this year, we are seeking someone who loves people, thrives on results, and knows how to bring a community together.

What you'll do

- Drive membership sales and hit growth goals
- Make new members feel at home (from trial to regular)
- Manage socials, create content, and grow our online presence
- Build local partnerships and promote J.I.M in the community




- Keep the studio humming - clean, welcoming, and tech on point

What we're looking for

- A people-first personality who's passionate about fitness and community
- Results-driven and confident in sales
- Social media savvy and creative
- Organised, reliable, and proactive and approachable
