As an Early Childhood OT, you'll have the opportunity to work across a range of innovative programs, each designed to support children and families in different ways.

You could contribute to:

- Preschool Boost – supporting communication, participation and school readiness.
- Thriving Kids – providing early therapeutic supports to help children without a current NDIS plan participate and thrive in everyday environments.
- ENVISAGE – building parent and caregiver confidence and capability.
- Kids Hub – delivering coordinated, multidisciplinary support to children and families.

This means your role can extend beyond traditional one-on-one therapy or exploring funding pathways, giving you opportunities to apply your OT expertise across different programs, environments and stages of early development.

Make therapy meaningful in everyday life

You'll work with children with developmental delay or disability, helping them develop the skills and confidence to participate in the things that matter to them.

Your work could include:

- Supporting sensory, motor,



self-care and functional development
- Helping children participate in play, learning and social experiences
- Completing assessments and developing meaningful, child-centred goals
- Providing capacity building supportin the environments where children live, learn and play
- Working with families to build confidence, skills and capacity
- Developing practical strategies that can be embedded into everyday routines
- Collaborating with educators, families and other professionals to support participation
- Exploring funding pathways and support families to access the support they need

At Kudos, transdisciplinary practice is more than a buzzword.

You'll work alongside Speech Pathologists, Developmental Educators, Educators, Physiotherapist, Social Workers and other experienced clinicians, sharing knowledge and bringing different perspectives to the children and families we support.

From joint assessments and collaborative planning to shared sessions and clinical discussions, you'll have the opportunity to learn from your colleagues and contribute your own expertise.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you'll bring

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who:

- Holds a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
- Is passionate about supporting children and families in the early years.
- Enjoys working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Takes a strengths-based, family-centred approach to practice.
- Is confident working in community and early learning environments.
- Is committed to evidence-informed practice and meaningful outcomes.
- Holds a current Driver's Licence.
