We're a growing general insurance brokerage seeking a motivated, enthusiastic team member who enjoys working with people, thrives in a rapid-paced environment, and is looking for an opportunity to grow alongside our business.

This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work from our Sydney CBD office, as this role involves close collaboration with our team and direct support across the day-to-day operations of the brokerage.

Whether you have experience in the Insurance Industry or are looking to further develop your career, we provide a supportive environment with ongoing training and development.

About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you'll work closely with our Senior Account Manager, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the brokerage. You'll receive on-the-job training and ongoing support to help you build your knowledge and confidence.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who:





- Has some knowledge or experience in the insurance industry.
- Has strong computer skills and is confident learning new systems.
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Can effectively manage their workload and work within deadlines.
- Is a genuine people person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Is looking for a long-term career and wants to grow with a growing business.

Desirable (but not essential)

- Experience using the Steadfast platform.
- Tier 2 Personal Advice in General Insurance.
- Don't have your Tier 2 qualification? That's okay—we'll support the right candidate through obtaining it.
