Your Role: Explore, Analyse, Deliver

As Senior Consultant, you'll:

- Own projects from start to finish: Take responsibility for ad hoc quantitative research projects, from questionnaire design and fieldwork through to analysis, reporting, and presentation.
- Get close to clients: Build strong day-to-day relationships with an impressive mix of clients across Consumer Tech, FMCG, Media, and Financial Services.
- Turn data into a story: Go beyond the numbers to uncover the why, translating complex findings into explicit, commercially relevant insights and recommendations.
- Work across fascinating challenges: Get variety across brand, customer experience, innovation, communications, segmentation, and more.
- Keep pushing the thinking: Bring curiosity, ideas, and fresh perspectives to projects, challenging the obvious answer and looking for smarter ways to solve client problems.
- Support the wider team: Collaborate with senior researchers,



guide more junior team members, and contribute to proposals and pitches as your experience grows.

What You Bring to the Table

- 2-4 years' quantitative research experience, ideally gained within a market research or insights agency.
- A natural storyteller: You can take a mass of data and identify what really matters, building a clear and engaging narrative around the findings.
- Client confidence: You enjoy working directly with clients, understanding their business questions, and becoming someone they can rely on.
- A challenger mentality: You're curious, proactive, and keen to contribute ideas rather than simply follow a process.
- An appetite to grow: You're ready for greater ownership, more client exposure, and the opportunity to develop your consulting and strategic skillset.
