Established in 2007, EZYAIR is an Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC company that is an Approved Provider of the Victorian Energy Upgrade VEU program. We need experienced and reliable Labourers and Trade Assistants to work alongside our in-house team Electricians, Refrigeration Mechanics and Plumbers while we upgrade thousands of homes with new Ceiling Insulation as well as Electrical and air conditioning systems across North, South, and East Melbourne.

The Deal: Pass your 3 month probation as a Trade Assistant / Labourer and we will offer you a formal Apprenticeship as a Refrigeration Mechanic or Electrician. You also will have the choice to fill one of our Insulation Manager positions.

What You Need

- Residential Experience: Hands‑on experience with residential buildings (experience & comfort in roof spaces and tight spots is a must).
- Tickets: White Card (OHS), Working at Heights and HSSCPC0014 'Retrofit Insulation Installer' (Which is a 5 day course. We will pay employees to achieve this qualification if they do not have it already).
- Licence & Transport: Your own vehicle to reach our HQ in Burwood, VIC (ability to drive a manual is required for company vehicles). As all work is carried out in company vehicles.
- Mindset: Strong work ethic, reliable, and ready to learn.
- Availability: Ready for an immediate or short‑notice start.
- Bring a team: We are looking to onboard as many insulation installers before 01/10/26. We will offer a $2000 finders fee for every qualified insulation installer you also recommend who also passes probation.
