The Belmont Hotel Bendigo is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Bar/ Bistro manager to join our amazing team.

Full time work with a rotating roster of days/ nights and weekends.

Minimum 5 years Hospitality management experience essential.

Job role will involve leading a fantastic team on a daily bases, giving staff direction, serving alcohol, stock control, open shifts and closing shifts.

We are looking for individuals who are:

- Well presented, positive, fun and friendly
- Experienced and level headed under pressure
- Organised, team leader and delegate
- Keen eye for presentation and service of food
- Cleanliness of the venue
- Be available on weekends and late hours

Ideally the successful candidate will possess robust supervisory skills, be motivated, self-driven and willing to learn.
