We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major transformation program within a large and complex organisation in Brisbane.

This is a great opportunity for a business-focused BA who has some exposure to SAP projects and understands Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), asset management or work management environments.

About the role
n
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and project teams to understand business needs, identify process improvements and translate requirements into practical solutions.
n
You'll ideally bring experience across EAM or asset/work management, with SAP EAM experience highly regarded. However, experience with other EAM platforms will also be considered where you have strong underlying asset management knowledge.

What we're looking for
n
n
- Business Analyst experience within complex transformation or technology projects
n
- SAP project experience – this does not need to be extensive
n
- Experience in EAM, Enterprise Asset Management, Asset Management or Work Management
n
- SAP EAM experience highly desirable,
but other EAM platforms will be considered
n
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping skills
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Ability to work across business and technology teams
n
- A business-focused mindset rather than a heavily finance-focused BA background
n
- Some technical/systems experience is advantageous
n
- Government experience across local, state or federal government is highly regarded
n
