Fastrac Foodservice is a family-owned food wholesaler supplying restaurants, cafes, aged care facilities, hotels, and caterers across Victoria. We're looking for a driven Sales Representative with proven experience to join our team and assist our customers in business success.

About the Role

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll manage and grow sales and gross profit across your customer portfolio, build strong relationships across the foodservice sector, and represent Fastrac with professionalism and confidence. You'll play a key role in driving marketing campaigns, bringing in new business, and supporting customers business success.

This role combines time on the road visiting customers with office-based reporting and analysis. You'll need to be equally comfortable in front of a client and in front of a spreadsheet.

What You'll Do

- Manage sales and gross margin performance against budget for your customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, extending product range and growing volume
- Identify and win new business in line with targets
- Drive and support marketing campaigns, including product sampling and promotion




- Assist customers with special requests and procurement advise.
- Support monthly clearance of slow-moving, overstocked, and obsolete lines
- Provide monthly sales, margin, and marketing reports to management using Phocas and Excel

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in foodservice or a similar sales role
- Current Victorian driver's licence
- Strong computer literacy, including Phocas, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Confident data analysis skills
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
- Confidence presenting to customers and stakeholders
- Robust time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

The Details

Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Field-based (customer visits) with some office time required
Customer base serviced out of our Preston warehouse.

Remuneration includes competitive annual salary, generous bonus incentives, a fully maintained car, laptop and phone.
