About the role
n
You'll be working across a variety of packaging machinery and production processes. We're looking for someone who can confidently operate machinery and is keen to develop their skills further.
n
As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, including:
n
n
- Operating a variety of packaging machinery
n
- Machine setup and changeovers
n
- Monitoring production and quality
n
- Troubleshooting and resolving basic machine issues
n
- Multitasking across different production lines
n
- Working autonomously once trained
n
- Following food safety, quality and production procedures
n
- Working as part of a close-knit production team
n
n
What we're looking for
n
You'll ideally have previous experience as a Machine Operator within FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging or a similar production environment.
n
We're looking for someone who:

- Has hands‐on machine operating experience
n
- Understands production and packaging processes
n
- Can follow procedures and maintain quality standards
n
- Is mechanically minded and enjoys troubleshooting
n
- Can work independently and as part of a team
n
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
n
- Wants to learn and develop their skills
n
