Our client is a leading Australian-owned switchboard manufacturer delivering innovative electrical solutions across a range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Switchboard Assembler to join their team based in Pakenham.

What's on Offer?

Excellent pay rate of $47.00 per hour + Super

Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 2:30pm

Optional overtime available

Ongoing assignment through to September, with potential extension

Your Responsibilities





- Assemble and wire electrical switchboards to required specifications
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Ensure all work complies with AS/NZS 3000 wiring standards
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform quality checks and testing procedures
- Maintain a secure and organised work environment

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 1 year of switchboard manufacturing or assembly experience
- Trade qualification as an Electrician or Electrical Fitter
- Strong knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 wiring standards
- Ability to confidently read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Experience working with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
- Reside within reasonable commuting distance of Pakenham (preferred)
