What You'll Do

- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude

- Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently

- Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer concerns professionally
n
- Keep tables and dining areas clean and presentable
n
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
n

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
n
- A positive attitude and great communication skills
n
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
n
- A genuine passion for customer service
n
- RSA certificate
n
