JobDescription:

KeyResponsibilities

n

·Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement testingstrategies, methodologies, and tools, including automation frameworks.

n

·Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate testingefforts, allocating tasks to analysts.

n

·Execution & Monitoring: Oversee test execution, ensuringtesting aligns with project requirements and timelines.

n

·Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects,conducting root cause analysis for issues.

n

·Stakeholder Reporting:



Provide regular updates on testingprogress, risks, and quality metrics to managers and clients.

n

RequiredSkills and Qualifications

n

·Experience: Proven experience as a Test Lead or senior TestAnalyst, often 3+ years.

n

·Technical Skills: Understanding of manual/automated testingtools (e.g., Selenium,Azure Test Plans,ServiceNow ATF).

n

·Methodologies: Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfallframeworks.

n

·Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, analytical,and problem-solving skills.

n
