At Australian Trade Training College (ATTC), we're looking for an Engineering Mentor to support Students in a hands‐on training environment—while we support you to become a qualified Trainer.

What you'll do

n

- Support students in practical workshop activities
n
- Coach and guide Students to achieve milestones




n
- Assist the Trainer with student engagement and progress
n
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised training environment
n
- Help ensure tools and equipment are workshop‐ready
n

n

What you'll bring

- Engineering trade qualification (essential)
n
- Passion for helping others succeed
n
- Strong communication and mentoring ability
n
- Willingness to complete your Cert IV TAE
n
- Basic computer skills
n
