TechnologyOne Technical Consultant | Financials or HR & Payroll | Sydney (Hybrid)

A boutique ERP and integration consulting firm is growing its Sydney delivery team. The client operates across a number of key sectors nationally, delivering TechnologyOne implementations, configuration, and support to an east-coast client base.

The role

You'll work as part of a project team supporting clients through the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and configuration through testing, deployment, training, and post go-live support. The primary technology focus is TechnologyOne, with growing exposure to other ERP systems.

What you'll be doing

- Configuring and supporting TechOne modules (Core, Finance, HR & Payroll, Enterprise Budgeting)
- Documenting business requirements, user stories, and process maps
- Building and enhancing reporting via XLone and dashboards
- Supporting End-of-Month and End-of-Financial-Year rollover activities




- Facilitating client workshops and engaging stakeholders up to CFO/C-suite level

What you'll bring

- Minimum 2 years' hands-on TechnologyOne configuration experience in Financials or HR & Payroll
- Working knowledge of business analysis methodology and agile/waterfall delivery
- A degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field, or significant equivalent industry experience (final-year students encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) as part of day-to-day delivery
- A self-starter mindset, genuine curiosity about ERP and integration platforms, and solid communication skills

Arrangement

3 days in office, 2 days from home. Some travel to client sites required.
