Job Description
Veolia ANZ is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our People & Safety team. As a Payroll professional at Veolia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for Veolia Australia and Recent Zealand in accordance with VANZ policies and procedures.

This is a permanent full-time based at our national head office in Pyrmont 2009.

What you'll be responsible for
n
n
- Maintain employee Masterfile by updating employee information for new hires, termination, transfer, and changes in employee pay details
n
- Coordinate and process monthly and weekly payrolls.
n
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.
n
- Provide support to the payroll team and ensure data accuracy
n
n
Stay updated on payroll regulations and process termination payments accurately
n
What you'll need to be successful
n
n
- Payroll systems experience (SAP Success Factors, ECP preferred; knowledge of Kronos).
n
- 5 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
n
- Familiarity with payroll-related legislation and requirements.
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
n
- Ability to work to strict timeframes and deadlines
n
n
High-level problem-solving and analytical abilities to resolve payroll and system issues
n
