Production & Factory Worker - Food Manufacturing

Located in Marrickville (10 minutes walk from Sydenham Station), Ramasa Foods Co is an Australian-owned HACCP accredited food manufacturing company with 30+ years in the industry. We manufacture, process, package and develop high-quality food products for customers across Australia. We are a reliable, long-established business with a strong reputation and a team culture built on respect, reliability and doing things properly. Many of our team members have been with us for years.

About the role

We are looking for reliable, hands-on and hardworking people to join our production team. Depending on your experience and strengths, your primary duties may be in Food Production / Kitchen or Labelling / Packing. All team members also assist with general factory duties, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and organised workplace. This is a steady Monday to Friday full-time role with the opportunity for overtime.

Key responsibilities

Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately

Following recipes, production instructions and procedures

Assisting with cooking, mixing and processing food products

Filling and packing finished products

Completing production records

Cleaning production equipment and work areas

Following food safety,



hygiene and HACCP requirements

Operating and assisting with labelling and packing equipment

Labelling jars, bottles, cartons and other finished products

About you

Strong reliability and punctuality (8:30am start)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to read and follow written procedures and instructions

Ability to work unsupervised once trained

Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg

Ability to consistently work at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy

A positive attitude and solid work ethic

Willingness to assist with cleaning and general factory duties

Ability to contribute to a small, supportive team
