Operari is a start up travel and related accessories brand focusing on premium quality products for the fashion conscious aspirational traveller. We design travel companions inspired by the traces we leave — and the marks places leave on us in return. We balance refined design with real-world function, creating luggage and accessories for those who value craftsmanship, durability and restraint.

Key responsibilities

- Manage organic social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms
- Schedule and publish organic social content
- Manage the day to day operations of our Shopify website
- Build and update social assets from templates
- Identify core audience and target advertising to the correct channels
- Create digital assets from briefs including paid media creative, web banners, landing pages and product imagery
- Provide copywriting support across social, web and editorial content
- Community management, including responding to comments and direct messages
- Support community engagement initiatives and coordinate creator and UGC partnerships
- Report monthly on KPIs and optimise performance based on data insights

About you

- Experience managing social media for an e-commerce retail brand, with experience in travel, fashion or lifestyle products a bonus
- Ability to manage EDM marketing through Klaviyo
- Experience in Claude integration
- Social media enthusiast who lives and breathes content, formats and trends




- Strong visual eye and understanding of how to create content that feels considered, engaging and true to a brand
- Confident createing content for social, including lo-fi videos, behind-the-scenes moments, Reels and trend-led content
- Solid copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone across social, web and editorial content
- Highly organised and able to manage daily content schedules, deadlines and multiple projects
- Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of a channel from scheduling through to publishing
- Positive people person with outstanding energy and confidence building relationships with creators, collaborators and the wider team
