The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commis/ Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality dishes with consistency, precision, and creativity.

The Responsibilities

n

Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations, prep, stock control, and service

n

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard

n

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards across all sections

n

Assist with training and supporting junior kitchen staff

n





Ensure kitchen equipment and procedures are maintained to operational standards

n

Contribute positively to a high-performing and collaborative team culture

n

About You

n

Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications

n

Passion for food, presentation, and hospitality

n

Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure

n

High attention to detail and cleanliness standards

n

Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
