Warlocks Gym (large-format strength gyms) and Studio Vela (boutique Pilates studios) are two separate, fast-growing fitness businesses under common ownership. We're looking for a Franchise Performance Manager to work directly with our franchisees across both networks — coaching performance, protecting brand standards, and being the go-to person franchisees can rely on when it matters. Splitting your time between Warlocks Gym HQ and Studio Vela HQ, you'll be part relationship manager, part brand guardian, part business coach.

What You'll Do

- Visit franchise locations across both networks, building real relationships with franchisees — not just ticking off an audit
n
- Read the numbers behind each location — retention, revenue, membership growth — and turn that into practical coaching
n
- Keep a clear, consistent view of how every location is performing, so problems get caught early rather than discovered a month later in a report
n
- Support franchisees through the tough quarters as well as the good ones, and roll up your sleeves when needed
n
- Protect brand standards and systems across both networks, while respecting that Warlocks Gym and Studio Vela are distinct brands

- Be the first call for franchisees, and the person who follows through until issues are actually resolved
n
- Support current franchisees through onboarding, and re-energise experienced operators who need a fresh set of eyes

About You

n

n
- Experience in a franchise field manager, BDM, or multi-site performance role — fitness franchise HQ experience preferred, big box gym experience even better
n
- Contactable and responsive — franchisees always get a timely, honest answer from you
n
- Firm but fair — you address issues directly, and don't let things drift unresolved
n
- Commercially sharp — comfortable reading a P&L; and turning it into a clear action plan
n
- Genuinely invested in the people you support, not just the numbers
n
- Own vehicle and current driver's licence, based in Sydney, with regular travel to locations across NSW
n
