Silverstrand Developments is seeking a Leading Hand Scaffolder to join our experienced team on Brisbane/Gold Coast projects. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will unload, sign off, and assemble scaffolding, create a stable ground base, and ensure safe working access across sites.

Responsibilities include erecting poles, attaching tubes, fixing to buildings, laying planks, and installing guard rails. A robust safety mindset and commitment to quality are essential for this role.
