The exciting opportunity as our Director of Nursing

- Focus on managing daily operations at our 87-bed Canberra aged care home in Lyneham
- Oversight of the budget; optimise revenue and manage costs to achieve organisational targets
- Manage the roster; ensure adequate staffing levels to meet consumers’ needs and care minute requirements
- Maximise occupancy by building valuable connections with external stakeholders
- Lead and develop a high performing clinical and operations team and uphold the established positive workplace culture




- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining productive relationships with residents and their families and managing feedback
- Create and implement quality initiatives to support a culture of continuous improvement and achieve accreditation compliance
- Maintain an environment where secure, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents, and their needs are consistently met
