Overview of Services
n
The Lead Sitecore Developer will be responsible for:
n
n
- Providing technical leadership and architecture guidance for the Sitecore migration program.
n
- Assessing and defining the target-state architecture for Sitecore AI/XM Cloud.
n
- Designing, developing and implementing the migration approach.
n
- Leading and mentoring internal development team throughout the transition.
n
- Establishing development standards, patterns and best practices.
n
- Supporting planning, estimation, risk identification and technical decision-making.
n
n
Supporting Applications
n
The resource will also be required to assess and recommend migration, consolidation or replacement strategies for associated platforms including:
n
n
- SearchStax
n
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions
n
- PHP-based applications and websites
n
- Other Sitecore-integrated components identified during discovery
n
n
Deliverables
n
The Lead Sitecore Developer will provide architecture leadership, technical oversight, hands-on development and mentoring to support delivery of the migration.
n

- Sitecore XP and XM Cloud experience
n
- Sitecore AI experience
n
- Azure DevOps experience
n
- Headless architecture experience
n
- Sitecore Content Hub or DAM experience
n
- Experience leading enterprise CMS migrations
n
- Experience mentoring development teams
n
