Central Highlands Rural Health invites applications for a casual Carer Education Facilitator to deliver dementia education sessions to carers and people living with dementia. The role fosters peer learning and supportive group discussions during Treehouse4Two retreats in Lancefield, Victoria.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team across Kyneton campus facilities, with 3 day shifts per retreat and monthly team education meetings.
