Eastwood Golf Club is located in the outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, at the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges. We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our friendly team on a casual basis.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll lead from the front – supporting the team, looking after our members and guests, and keeping things running smoothly across our bar, gaming areas and functions.

About the Role

Working closely with our Hospitality Manager, you'll take ownership of a shift while still being happy to jump in and help wherever needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising bar and gaming operations (19 machines)
- Leading and supporting the team during shifts
- Opening and closing the Clubhouse (hospitality & gaming)
- Cash handling, POS balancing and reconciliations
- Supporting functions, events and Club promotions
- Maintaining stock and presentation standards
- Ensuring RSA, RSG and gaming compliance
- Providing excellent service and handling customer enquiries

About You

We're looking for someone who knows hospitality, enjoys working with people and can confidently lead a team.

You'll bring:

- Around 5+ years' hospitality experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience




- Strong bar and gaming experience
- Experience with functions and events
- Confidence with cash handling and POS systems
- A friendly, reliable and team-focused attitude
- The ability to stay calm and make decisions when things get busy

Essential Requirements

- Current RSA
- Current RSG
- Gaming Industry Employee Licence
- Food Handlers Certificate
- First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain
- Availability across mornings, evenings and weekends
