Job Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams.

- Lead requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and solutioning discussions and related scrum ceremonies.
n
- Deeply understand business needs by engaging directly with clients, reviewing documentation, and conducting independent research.
n
- Analyze and translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional designs and roadmaps.
n
- Document and manage requirements using tools such as Confluence, Rally, and ServiceNow, ensuring traceability and alignment across teams.
n
- Work closely with development teams to provide ongoing clarification on requirements and contribute to solution design across multiple asset teams.
n
- Drive alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions, ensuring that each release meets intended outcomes.
n
- Collaborate with global and remote teams to address issues, resolve ambiguities, and support planning and delivery.
n
- Apply structured requirement management techniques, including userstory creation, data mapping, data modeling, root cause analysis, prototyping, and interface modeling.
n
- Act as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex business processes and requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- Robust understanding of requirement engineering and documentation best practices, with the ability to confidently apply techniques such as story writing, prototyping, and governance processes.
n
- Understanding of reconciliation as a function including experience in GL functions in the banking domain across multiple systems
n
- Prior experience in reconciliations transformation and automation in the financial services, financial crimes domains.
n
- Strong data analytics skills and ability to redefine optimized processes.
n
- Create reconciliation-related PoCs, and create data match rules.
n
- Should have worked on projects where there are multiple source system integrations.
n
- Prepare the requirements and support the Quality Engineering teams by providing guidance and validating test cases to ensure alignment with business requirements.
n
- 7+ years of hands-on business analysis experience, preferably in payments, banking, or financial services.
n
