The Role

n

We have opportunities for Speech Pathologists at all levels, including Senior Clinicians and those with leadership or management experience.

n

You will:

n

n
- Join a high-performing, supportive national team of Speech Pathologists
n
- Travel by road and air to deliver outreach services in regional and remote communities
n
- Provide assessments, intervention and ongoing therapy
n
- Work within a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and other Speech Pathologists
n
- Support individuals and families with limited access to essential care
n
- Play a part in shaping the future of allied health delivery in regional Australia
n

How Your Week Works

n

n




- 4-day work week — every Friday off
n
- Monday: Ground Day— Work from home or the office with your team and Team Leader for admin, planning, reports, career development and collaboration
n
- Tuesday - Thursday: Clinical Outreach— Structured outreach to see regular clients on a fortnightly roster
n
- Overnight travel required— Typically Tuesday and Wednesday nights, up to 2 nights per week for 40 weeks per calendar year. All travel is arranged and managed by our Operations Team.

About You

n

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (mutually recognised)
n
- SPA registration, or eligibility for registration
n
- Ability to travel and stay overnight as per the outreach roster
n
- A genuine passion for delivering healthcare to underserved regional and remote communities
n
- Senior clinical, team leadership or management experience highly regarded — please highlight this in your application
