Casual Chef & Casual Kitchen Hand Opportunities

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Chefs and Casual Kitchen Hands to join our growing Food Services team.

Whether you're an experienced chef looking for flexible hospitality work or a motivated kitchen hand eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

As part of our kitchen team, you'll play an important role in delivering quality food and exceptional experiences across our restaurant, functions, events, and peak-season operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Casual Chef

Prepare and present high-quality meals with consistency and attention to detail.

Assist with daily kitchen operations and service periods.

Maintain food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

Work collaboratively with the broader kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Contribute to menu execution for daily service, functions, and major events.

Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen duties.

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.

Ensure dishwashing and cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.

Assist with stock rotation and adherence to food safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Fully qualified with previous experience

Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced team environment.

Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards.

Reliable, punctual,



and well-presented.

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential for Kitchen Hand applicants.
