About the role

n

The role of our Sales Support/Project Coordinators are to support the Onsite management to achieve the company vision and successfully implement our strategy to be the trade's most valuable partner.

n

What can you expect?

n

n
- Answering of telephone enquiries from customers
n
- Process customers requests for delivery / release of orders for next day dispatch
n
- Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information
n
- Liaising with suppliers for pricing and product availability
n
- Logging of After Sales requests and associated follow-up
n
- Ensure stock levels are maintained in line with Onsite stock management system and procedures
n
- Embracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member
n
- Processing and exporting mining orders
n
- Project Managing Project Estimating Skills and Experience People skills and ability to build and maintain solid relationships with staff, colleagues and customers.
n
- Strong interpersonal skills - to establish a productive working relationship with all staff and customers
n
- Willingness to 'have a go'
n
- Great personal and workplace presentation
n




- Proficient with Microsoft Windows programs including, Word, Outlook and Excel
n
