About the Role

As our Pharmacy Retail Supervisor, you'll support the Retail Manager in the daily operation of the store while helping to lead and inspire the retail team.





Hours 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service
- Supporting and motivating team members to achieve their best
- Assisting with staff training, coaching and development through one-on-one catch ups
- Supporting retail operations and daily workflow management
- Ensuring merchandising displays and promotional activity are executed to a high standard
- Assisting with inventory management, stock presentation and replenishment
- Helping achieve sales and performance targets
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Managing QSPP for the pharmacy (Pharmacy related standards audit process)

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Previous retail experience, ideally within pharmacy, health, or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in a supervisor, team leader or senior retail role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A passion for developing and supporting others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- A willingness to learn, grow and contribute to team success

Pharmacy experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
