Kirinari Community Services in Dubbo is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee SIL and High Drop-in Support teams across the region. You will ensure staff engage with customers, follow care plans and maintain safety and wellbeing in line with NDIS standards.

Lead policy implementation from Head Office, develop cost-effective Rosters of Care, and manage transitions for new and existing customers. A robust background in human services and NDIS is highly valued.
