As a Learn to Swim teacher, you will plan, coordinate, and deliver programs that promote water safety and teach essential swimming skills. You will continue the legacy and passion through curriculums that are built to provide the highest quality of education in the pool.
We are seeking candidates who are available to teach during mornings and afternoons to deliver our School Swimming Program and Learn to Swim Program in Flagstone, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver Learn to Swim and water safety sessions.
- Teach swimming and safety skills in line with Splash programs.
- Apply and adapt appropriate teaching styles for early childhood development.
- Monitor student progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
- Follow facility rules, Policies and Procedures.
- Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate clearly with students, families, and colleagues.

Required Qualifications:
- AUSTSWIM – Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety.
- Current CPR.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

Our focus is on our Learn to Swim School that delivers a comprehensive program to students from six months of age through to squad preparation.
Splash Leisure has designed a purpose built Learn to Swim indoor 25m pool at our Flagstone Central Shopping Centre.
