AKD Softwoods, Oberon operation, is seeking an emerging HR qualified to join the site leadership team. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination and leadership support to help run a large manufacturing operation.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll partner with leaders to deliver practical people solutions, maintain HR records, and foster a positive workplace culture while developing your HR capability in an industrial environment.
