Right at Home is seeking a caring, reliable and experienced Personal Care Worker (PCW) to support two clients living in the same household in Boonah.

n

This is an opportunity for a local PCW looking for regular, meaningful work close to home.

About the opportunity

n

You will provide person-centred care and support to two clients within the same household, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

n

There is the potential for up to 24 hours of support per week in total, shared across the two clients to begin with, depending on your availability.

n

Your responsibilities may include:

n

- Personal care and assistance with daily living
n
- Domestic assistance and household tasks
n
- Meal preparation
n
- Social support and companionship
n
- Community access and appointments
n
- Supporting independence and choice
n
- Following individual care plans
n
- Providing respectful, professional and reliable care to both clients
n

About you

n

We are looking for a PCW who:

n

n
- Holds a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
n
- Has experience providing personal care and support
n
- Lives in or around Boonah
n
- Is reliable, compassionate and person-centred
n
- Is comfortable supporting two clients within the same household
n
- Can work independently and follow care plans
n
- Has availability for regular ongoing shifts
n
- Holds the required First Aid/CPR and employment screening checks
n
- Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
