Lead the VIC trade market for one of the world's most exciting design-led furniture brands.

n

At Kave, we design Mediterranean inspired, sustainable furniture and homewares for style-conscious spaces worldwide. We're expanding in Australia and now we're looking for a driven, relationship-first Trade & Project Manager to lead our Victorian trade business and open doors with the designers, architects, developers and hospitality groups.

This is initially a trade/project-focused role, with the opportunity to grow into a broader oversight of the Victorian market with our upcoming Melbourne showroom.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Building and owning a pipeline of trade and project business across VIC, from first conversation to signed deal
n
- Becoming the go-to contact for interior designers, architects, developers and commercial/hospitality clients
n
- Preparing quotes, proposals and bulk pricing that win projects
n
- Managing existing Trade accounts and turning them into long-term partners
n
- Support national projects and grow our brand in the BTR and developer space

- Reporting on your pipeline and results, and feeding market insight straight back to leadership
n

What you'll bring:

- 3-5 years' experience in trade/B2B sales. Furniture, interiors, architecture or building products backgrounds all welcome
n
- A track record of winning and managing project-based sales cycles
n
- An existing network in the VIC design/trade/developer community (huge advantage)
n
- Sharp commercial instincts and the drive to own a target
n
- A genuine passion for design and interiors
