Poolwerx Mount Eliza has been under new ownership for two years and is growing quickly across the Mornington Peninsula. We’re looking for reliable, motivated people to join our supportive team—either bringing existing pool-industry experience or a great attitude and eagerness to learn.

As a Pool Technician, you’ll service residential and holiday pools, test and balance water, maintain equipment and help keep pools crystal clear. It’s practical, active outdoor work with genuine customer impact and room to build a long-term career.

What we’re looking for

- Experienced Pool Technicians who are ready for a fresh opportunity in a growing business.
- People with transferable hands-on, trade, maintenance, customer-service, or outdoor-work experience who want to enter the pool industry.
- Motivated learners with leadership potential - we provide full on-the-job training for the right person.

The role includes some physical work, including lifting 20kg salt bags, so you’ll need to be comfortable with an active day outdoors.

Your day-to-day will include

- Cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial pools and spas.
- Testing water and balancing chemicals.
- Inspecting and maintaining pool equipment.
- Building great relationships with clients.
- Completing minor marketing tasks.
- Organising and restocking your work van.

What you’ll need

- A valid driver’s licence.
- Willingness to complete a police check.
- Reliability, initiative and a positive attitude.
- Confidence working independently while being part of a team.
- Pool-industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential - full training is available for the right person.
