Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the production department and oversee every project from production planning through to final installation. Working closely with Sales & Estimating, you'll ensure projects transition seamlessly into production and are delivered on time, to budget and to the high standard Kitchens by Peter Gill is known for.

Key responsibilities

- Scheduling projects and installations
- Leading and supporting workshop and installation teams
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Quality control throughout production and installation
- Managing production workflow and labour allocation
- Problem solving and resolving production challenges
- Improving systems and efficiencies
- Maintaining Workplace Health & Safety standards
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to company standards

About you

- Strong understanding of how custom joinery is manufactured and installed
- Experience leading workshop or installation teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills




- Ability to schedule multiple projects and manage competing priorities
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Previous Production Manager, Factory Manager or Workshop Manager experience (desirable)
- Operations or Project Management experience (desirable)
- Experience implementing systems and process improvements (desirable)

Salary package of $100,000–$120,000 + Super
