Our client is seeking an experienced Program Delivery Analyst / Business Analyst to support a major transformation program. This is not a traditional requirements-focused BA role; it combines program governance, delivery coordination, stakeholder engagement and business analysis with hands-on use of automation and AI to improve delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support program governance and coordination across multiple delivery workstreams
- Own and maintain RAID registers, actions, decisions, dependencies and governance artefacts
- Prepare program reporting, governance packs and executive-level presentations
- Facilitate workshops and coordinate stakeholders across business, technology and vendor teams
- Support process mapping, delivery analysis and continuous improvement activities
- Identify opportunities to automate manual governance and delivery processes
- Develop practical solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and SharePoint Online
- Improve collaboration and delivery visibility through Teams, Planner and Loop
- Support business readiness, change impacts and UAT coordination where required

Key Requirements





- 10+ years’ experience across Business Analysis, Program Delivery, Governance, PMO or Transformation
- Experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation programs
- Robust governance, RAID management, reporting and delivery coordination capabilityExcellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated experience implementing automation and process improvements
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner and Loop
- Ability to work across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
