About the role

This full-time Recycling Yard Hand role at Brett's Bins' in Moolap, VIC offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assembly & Process Worker to join a dynamic and growing manufacturing, transport and logistics company. In this hands-on position, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the effective operation of the recycling yard and supporting the broader objectives of the business.

What you'll be doing

- Receiving, sorting, and preparing materials for recycling in the yard
n
- Operating machinery to move and compact materials
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment in the recycling yard
n
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of recycling trucks
n
- Providing excellent customer service to suppliers and other stakeholders
n
- Identifying and reporting any issues or maintenance needs to management
n
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yard operations
n

What we're looking for

- Some Experience as a Recycling Yard Hand or similar Assembly & Process role would be ideal
n
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
n
- Aged 18+ No previous experience needed
