DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies and marketing plans, while setting appropriate pricing for products and services.
- Planning and organising the product range, including deciding stock levels and maintaining service quality standards.
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
- Monitoring inventory, performing regular stock checks, and maintaining accurate records of stock and financial transactions.
- Preparing budgets, managing expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Promoting and advertising products and services to attract customers and increase sales.
- Selling goods and services while assisting customers and providing guidance on product usage.
- Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure efficient performance and productivity.
- Ensuring all activities comply with occupational health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) in Business, Retail Management,



or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in as Retail or Store Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control, sales processes, and basic financial management
