Connecting Families is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker for a young participant in Southside Canberra. You will assist with daily living, health management, meals, and community activities, using person-centred approaches to support goals.
The role requires trauma-informed practice, robust communication, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team. A valid driver’s licence and vehicle are preferred.
