HOTONDO Homes Traralgon is seeking an organised and proactive Pre-Construction Administration & Sales Support Coordinator to play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience from initial enquiry through to construction handover. This role combines client coordination, sales support, CRM management and pre-construction administration. You will be the central link between clients and the pre-construction process, ensuring every project progresses smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Respond to and qualify new client enquiries.

Manage and maintain CRM records and client communications.

Coordinate appointments, documentation and follow-up activities.

Support clients throughout the sales and pre-construction process.

Liaise with consultants, suppliers and key stakeholders.

Monitor project milestones and proactively manage outstanding items.

Keep clients informed throughout their pre-construction journey.

Manage the client journey from initial enquiry through to construction commencement.

Assist with workflow improvements, digital systems and process efficiency initiatives.





About you

Experience in residential building, construction administration, client coordination or a similar role.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, tasks and priorities.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems and digital tools and willingness to embrace new technology, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and improving processes.
